The priorities below reflect our current focus areas. They may change over time based on user insights, technical constraints, strategic goals, available capacity, and new findings that emerge during development.

  • Expand search scope to include:
    • Subject structure/path (enables searching across the entire subject structure, including short names)
    • Maintable-id
    • Meta-id
  • Enable topic filter sorting by sort code

  • Chart functionality, using Apache ECharts:
    • Line chart

    • Keyboard navigation
    • Improve the layout and presentation of downloaded chart files

  • Filter for regional level
  • Expand the time period filter with additional period options, and remove the option “Other”
  • Consistent table sorting within topics (tables remain consistently sorted when browsing within a topic, making frequently used tables easier to find)
  • Allow users to choose how the table list is sorted
  • Evaluate alternative table list views (including compact list and card-based layouts to support different user needs and browsing preferences)
  • Improve table card layout
